Life in the Fast Lane is a seminar that teaches life strategies and cognitive techniques to deal with life’s stressors. An introduction is made to the behavioral techniques that are taught in the second stress seminar.

Waiting to Exhale is the sequel to Life in the Fast Lane. This seminar teaches behavioral techniques to deal with stress such as visualization, meditation, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. Participants will practice these skills during the session.
